designed by Manuel CS for GDI (Office for Infrastructure Development) in Macao-Zhuhai border gate
The "Reflexos" ("Reflections") public installation is made up of 700 (200mm and 800mm) convex plates, mounted on the right side wall of the Macao-Zhuhai border gate's forecourt. 693 plates are mirrored, the remaining 7 are in white translucent acrylic. The latter are retro illuminated by a lighting system (LEDBULB - Optech) that allows a constant and progressive, previously determined, color mutation.
