Manuel CS is a Portuguese citizen who grew up between Lisbon and Macau-China.
Graduated in Equipment Design by the Lisbon School of Fine arts in 2001, the designer has been developing, since 1998, a range of work in different areas of creation.
His debut was in Lisbon with stage set design, urban design, interior design and product design, including projects for several events and exhibitions, such as: The Blitz Awards at the Lisbon Coliseum, exhibition spaces at the Amadora Comics Festival, exhibition spaces at the National Museum of Natural History, design and production of outdoors furniture for the Lisbon Botanical Garden, etc.
An award by the Spanish Prof. and Designer Jorge Pensi opened the doors to the Barcelona Design Exhibition, following which he was invited for the exhibition “The Future is a State of Mind”, organized by Experimenta Design.
In 2002, Manuel CS moved to Macao to establish “City Furniture Designers”, a company providing design consultancy services and product design, whose first project was the creation of a telephone booth for CTM (Macao telecommunication company).
In 2004 he establishes the brand ONOF together with Eddie Au. Since then, he has designed and produced several multimedia kiosks for the city of Macao.
In 2006, jointly with Clara Brito, the designer was invited to coordinate the Summer Courses of the Macau Art Museum.
Also in 2006, he expanded his company once more by creating the Lines Lab brand/laboratory. Lines Lab is already represented worldwide and its full commitment is to articulating the elements of contemporary urban creation, i.e, objects/products, people and events.
His work, is represented in several art exhibitions, namely at the Macao Art Museum, at the Tap Seac Gallery, and at the Shenzen Art Museum.
His work as a designer spans Lisbon and Macau-China.

間藝術創作和設計，期間舉辦了數項活動和展覽。 在 2001 年，以「Rollana Beat」樂隊名義，發行名
為「Big Sneeze」唱片集。在 2002 年，他移居中國澳 門，並開設了「City Furniture Designers」公司。在工 作期間，提供多項設計服務和產品製作，包括為澳 門電訊有限公司 (CTM) 設計電話亭。一年前，Manuel
C S 與 Clara Brito 創立 Lines Lab 品牌來一試市場。這項 冒險新概念以當代的需求作定位，透過從物體、人
和事情之間取得之平衡，演繹時下的都市創作。這 兩位設計師，在里斯本和中國-澳門從事設計方面的
