The Saddest Place on Earth (2009) is an exhibition curated by a creative collaboration from Singapore called Mimipong, whose current focus is on conceptual plush, and this time there will be a cooperation with Pin-To Book.
Having recently presented the exhibition, The Saddest Place on Earth, at BooksActually in Singapore, these time the project will be extended to Macau.

The Saddest Place on Earth in Singapore features the Hug Your Sorrow tear dolls in collaboration with 21 international and Singaporean creatives. These well-respected individuals include musicians Jens Lekman and Laura Marling, award-winning filmmaker Ellery Ngiam and Singapore Literature Prize winner Ng Yi-Sheng.
The Saddest Place on Earth is an exhibition where people from a diverse range of backgrounds pen their own unique interpretations of sadness, loss and sorrow.
